Wadi Gad, a veteran musician of forty-two years professionally. Wadi Gad, first traveled to the Island of Antigua with his homeland band, “Dimensions Brass” to perform alongside with Jimmy Cliff, “The Harder They Come”. 1966, the cycle continued up hill when Wadi Gad migrated to Canada, in 1977, Wadi Gad, was at the right place and time teaming up with the now Minister of Culture of Jamaica, Olivier Babsy Grange, who formed the band, Roots Revival Wadi Gad, recorded a 12-inch single, “Don’t Down Me Now” with Roots Revival album called, “To Behold Jah,” where Wadi Gad, Ernie Smith, Tony Nicholson, Clive Ross cowrote title track, “To Behold Jah.” The band then evolved into Bloodfire who went onto record independently few singles, and hit the Canadian Reggae Circuit. Wadi Gad, during the golden years in Canada, backed many artist’s as Max Romeo, Ken Boothe, Marcia Griffetts, I Trees, Leroy Sibbles, Ernie Smith, Webber Sisters, Satellite Band, Truths,Rights.

Wadi Gad, was always driving force behind any unit he part and Bloodfire came town with original music,lyrics well dressed and left a great impact on California reggae. Wadi part Jamaica Inc.house band Kingston 12, famed LA Club, and Santa Monica. Soon Wadi formed Jahbandis, and original band that performed original Smusic and also supported other artists. Wadi gad and jahbandis has supportedsuch artists, Mikey Dread, Daddy URoy, Frankie Jones, General Plough, Jah Bull, and Stranger Cole.
